I will then send you an email when my next form opens.

COMMISSION PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF SERVICE
Click to jump to each section below:
-
To commission me:
Simply message me with your commission request on my social media, or email it to me here:
1. Payment methods and guidelines:
-
All payment should be in GBP via Paypal or WISE
(If this doesn't work for you, please feel free to ask me if I can accept your alternative payment method and I'll see what I can do.)Full payment should be made upfront for all set price commissions below £150.
I may allow payment in stages (i.e 50% payment at sketch stage then 50% payment before completion) at my own discretion. If you would like a payment plan feel free to ask and I will see what I can do.
2. Pricing and availability
Commission prices may be subject to change as time passes.A commission that has already been paid for will not be subject to any arbitrary price changes based on the above. If you are waitlisted and a specific price change deviates from a previous quote I gave you, I will discuss this with you before you are given a commission slot. Please be aware that my commissions will often run via a waitlist, however I do not work on this sequentially, rather I allocate slots based on deadlines and if the size of the commission fits the slot size I have available. If you need things done by a certain time please let me know so I can take this into account.
3. Payment plans:
All of my commissions above £150 have the option to make partial payments at each work stage. [I.e 25% (rough sketch) + 25% (clean sketch) + 25% (clean render) + 25% (final render) or 50% (rough sketch) + 50% (clean render) ].I do not generally offer payment plans that involve payments made after the completion of the work, however I can offer to pause/slow the commission progress if the client requires more time to make a payment. This would need to be discussed in advance though so I can properly plan it into my schedule. Otherwise it might interfere with my other work and require a new slot to be booked at a potentially far later date.
4. General advice
If possible please have character references/moodboards ready when inquring about commission quotes:
If you are wanting me to design a character and/or want something else but don't have a finished reference yet, some google images of a similar type will also do in place of a reference. I just need to know the level of detail of a character before I can give you an accurate price. The better the references you give me, the better I’ll be able to draw what you’d like me to:
If possible please provide me with a good high resolution image of the character you want along with any relevant details. (If you have any examples of images similar to what you’re after pose/mood wise, this can be quite helpful too!)If you're unsure about anything or want something that isn't listed as a commission type:
Just email/message me and ask, and I'll see what I can do for you.
Things I can’t/won’t draw:
-Excessive nudity
- Fetish art
- Intense gore
- Politically motivated content
Feel free to request these but I can't guarantee quality outcomes:
- Furry art
- Mecha
- Things that aren’t anime/manga style
Recommendations on how to best use my art/what I consider to be my strengths:
-
Distinct branding is definitely my strong suit. I'm at my strongest in projects where I am allowed to take full control of the art direction for all assets (i.e kickstarter/merch release campaigns where I am designing all merchandise for a set or a vtuber project where I am making both the model artwork and background art). As I excel in building cohesive aesthetics that stand out, particularly if they are also executed in my style/with my direction. I am also always happy to provide a cheat sheet for the colour palette I would recommend to use in conjunction with my artwork for any graphics, backgrounds or text assets.I strongly recommend against the excessive use of visual effects or colour edits to my art as I usually very carefully balance it for the project and edits may actually lower the impact it will have.

5. Comission process:
(This may vary somewhat depending on the commission)1. After payment is received, I will begin working on a sketch for your commission (Maybe multiple iteration sketches for you to choose from if necessary), once I have sent you this you will be given the option to ask for changes if you would like. This process shouldn’t generally take me more than a week, I will let you know if I anticipate any delays.2. Once you have confirmed that I can go ahead with the sketch, I will work towards completing the artwork. I will at this point give you an estimate of how long I think it will take me as this varies depending on the type of commission. Please do ask for updates if you feel uncertain about this at any point.3. Once I have completed the illustration I will send it to you. You may ask for minor changes at this point if you want, but anything major (that I anticipate will take me more than a few minutes to sort out) will potentially incur additional charges. This can be discussed on a case by case basis, but normally it shouldn’t be more than 25% of the commission cost.If you have any questions throughout this process do feel free to message me at any time.
Comission stages:
Commissions will usually be done in stages, with each stage not proceeding to the next without client approval. Often I will combine partial payments with each stage as outlined in the refund and payment section. This will be up to the client to some degree to decide if they want to pay in full or before the start of each individual commission stage.Generally there are 4 stages:
Stage 1 (Rough sketch):
This stage will be incredibly rough generally, to allow for maximum flexibility and ability to suggest edits to the concept. You can ask for all the changes you want here (within reason), and it is mainly meant to pass the overall concept/layout while disregarding structural issues or details (as these will be addressed at the later stages).
Stage 2 (Clean sketch):
This stage cleans up the sketch from stage 1, beginning to address the structural parts like anatomy, clothing, expression etc. , at this stage the overall concept can no longer be adjusted for free, but structural issues may be freely edited until the client is satisfied. Details will be addressed in later stages, the priority here is that the overall structure is to the clients' satisfaction.
Stage 3 & 4 (clean render + final render) :
Stage 3 cleans up the details left out in stage 2, edits cannot be made to structure or overall concept at this stage. This is the last stage with some freedom to tweak larger portions of details so please let me know all remaining issues relating to these at this point.Stage 4 is included here because this stage is mainly for me to clean up the file and tweak areas that aren't completely polished by my standard (though usually barely visible to the client, these are important for the print quality later), as such stage 3 & 4 look near identical. The only difference being that after stage 4 you can only ask for slight tweaks that don't involve me redoing any work from the previous stages.
6. Completion timeframe and deadlines:
Usually I will provide a timeframe estimate based on the specific commission, as timelines will vary based on a few factors like the level of detail in a design, as well as how long it takes to communicate with the client about adjustments/edits at each stage of the commission. On average most of my commission types (excluding vtuber models) take around 3-4 months to complete, but if you have a specific deadline and/are unsure please let me know this and I can let you know a more accurate estimate based on the specifics of your request.
7. Rush fees:
I can offer rush fees if a client needs a shorter timeframe (14-30 days depending on commission type) for commission completetion, however the specifics will vary by situation and depending on the timeline requested. For instance in some cases where the requested timeline conflicts with a slot previously assigned to another client, it may not be possible to shorten the timeframe. If you'd like to request a shorter turnaround time please let me know this and we can discuss details.Fees vary, but on average range between £100-200.
8. Commercial use
The commissions offered on this page are for commercial use and may thus be used on for-profit projects as is agreed upon between myself and the commissioner. The fee for commercial use is included in the price of each commission, but may be subject to change if the client later requests a commercial usage that was not previously agreed upon.
Example: The client originally commissioned me for assets for a music video, but later requests to use the same artwork to print on merchandise. An additional fee may be payable depending on the scale of the additional commercial usage. (This would be negotiated with the client on a case by case basis)
-
I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
9. Confidentiality/NDAs:
If you want your commission kept secret for a set amount of time please notify me of this in advance, failure to notify me of this may result in your commission artwork being posted or added to my portfolio as I see fit as I will assume that I am free to do so.Depending on the timeframe and level of secrecy required, I may request an additional fee of around £100-200 to make up for the potential work lost while I am unable to post the image on my own page. Though in some cases the fee may be subject to change depending on the specific circumstances, this would be discussed with the client. If you have any special requests for confidentiality/NDAs beyond what is listed here, please let me know about these prior to the commission start and we can discuss.
10. Please credit me for my work
When you release the project containing the commissioned image, please credit me in a visible area related to the project. (I.e in the video or post description, social media or twitch profile credits section for vtuber models, kickstarter staff credits etc.)If you would like me to remain anonymous on the project, please discuss this with me prior to commissioning me.
11. Commission slot assignment and cancellation guidelines
Most of my commissions are booked as "slots" scheduled for the next availble date range that fits the time needed for the commission request. (Generally I am booked out around 3-4 months ahead, so it's always best to ask me as early as possible to make sure I can accommodate your deadline.)There is no deposit needed to book a commission slot, however repeated, or particularly badly communicated cancellations of slots booked, (particularly if the cancellation occurs within less than a month from the slot opening date without any prior communication) may lead to the client being blacklisted for future commissions. In the case of blacklisting, you will be notified of this to avoid any future confusion.
If you need to cancel your commission slot before commission start:
Please notify me of this as early as possible, that way I can plan ahead and make alternative arrangements to my schedule as needed.Since generally no money has been exchanged prior to the slot opening (unless for some reason an exception was made), there is no need for a refund if cancellation occurs at this stage. Of course if money has been exchanged you will receive a full refund as no work has been done.
Refunds and cancellation after commission start
If you want to cancel your commission while it's in progress, generally you will be refunded only the payment for work that has not been completed already.
-
Example 1: I've completed the rough sketch and clean sketch stage of a £400 Commission and am currently working on the clean render, the client has paid the full amount in advance so I am currently holding their £400.If they cancel at this point I would retain £100 (for the rough sketch completed), £100 (for the clean sketch completed), and £25-50 for my progress on the clean render (though this would be situational). The client would get a refund of around £150-175.
Example 2: I've completed the rough sketch and clean sketch stage of a £400 Commission and am currently working on the clean render, the client has made a partial payment at the start of each stage. This being the case, I am currently holding £300 (Rough sketch £100 + Clean sketch £100 + Clean render prepayment £100 = £300 total.)If they cancel at this point I would retain £100 (for the rough sketch completed), £100 (for the clean sketch completed), and £25-50 for my progress on the clean render (though this would be situational). The client would get a refund of around £50-75.The amounts not paid by the client would simply stay with them.
That being said, in cases where I am responsible for the cancellation or delay, I may offer a discount/full refund at my own discretion depending on the situation. The amount of this will be entirely situational and would be negotiated with the client specifically.
12. Vtuber model TOS:
If you are wanting to commission a vtuber model please check the vtuber model specific TOS here as this general TOS does not fully apply for vtuber models:
